  One advice always book way before visiting. Clean. Service is good. Proximity to shopping mall and food court. Shuttle available as well as taxis.

  Customer service sucks. Hotel expensive and ridiculous. Sink and tub stuck. Service very slow. Food are cold n not interesting at all. The laundry never return my jacket and never take any responsibility to pay me for the loss. Dangerous elevator. It suddenly jerking and i was hope it does not snap while goin to the higher floor. I dont think this hotel deserve to get a 5 stars. The most interesting thing is the house keeper can go in ur room at anytime eventhough u already put a do not disturb sign at the door. How can u come when people still on their bed sleeping in the dark. Do they really teach the staff on how to read before they been hired?

  The hotel rate them as 5 star hotel. For me it's just 3 star, the most. Room is not too bad, it's spacious enough to fit 2 person. Newly renovated room are those on 1st to 3rd floor. The rest are old room. It doesn't make much different actually. Hotel facilities is kinda complete. Fitness centre, swimming pool and there's a garden for morning or evening walk. Very convenient location, there's a mall just right behind the hotel, takes less than 10 minutes walk. Right opposite the hotel, there's a lot of restaurant, don't worry you'll get starve at this area. Breakfast from 0600-1000. It's kinda sad, everyday they serving same food, same fruits and same pastries. Take note, in this hotel if you need anything go with your soft skill. If you harsh, that's it!!! I would say this is the hotel that can train your patient. LOL Talk to them nicely, and download google translate, it will really help, cz people here don't speak English, only French or Arabic.

  Facilities are very old, and breakfast is terrible, except the service is acceptable.
