  Customer service: bad. In many cases they treat you like you are going to run away and not pay! Food: non traditional. This is really really bad. They Run out of food during dinner and breakfast, and they do not provide alternative other than a lame excuse that they run out of food despite the fact that we paid for it!!! Rooms: nice overall
